Oliver Somoza
Partner, Development

Oliver has been involved in the real estate business in New York since the age of 18. Over this span, he has worked in every facet of the real estate business including real estate brokerage, management, construction, and development. His experience ranges from having owned his own brokerage company with over 35 agents, to working with principals who owned significant building portfolios. In those positions, Oliver was responsible for the brokerage and management of their properties on an in-house basis, and assistant project management of over a half billion dollars in new ground up condominium construction projects in New York City and Brooklyn. Most recently, he has focused his efforts, in the Philadelphia, starting a real estate development company with his sister Gabriella.

Gabriella Somoza
Partner, Operations

Gabriella was born and raised in New York City.  She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.  Shortly after, she moved back to New York City to pursue a career in the infrastructure engineering sector.  For the last 8 years, she has financially managed large scale design-build infrastructure projects. She currently works for Jacobs Engineering, managing over $200M in revenue for the firm. She is a member of the Susan Schiffer Stauberg Leadership Fellows, a professional women’s network facilitating community and career impact programs. Four years ago, she teamed up with her brother Oliver to start S7 Real Estate.  Gabriella focuses on the operations of the business. Although, don’t be surprised to see her spending her weekends at the construction sites lending a hand to our subcontractors.   Locally, both her and her brother are members of the Jumpstart Germantown Developers Network.
